ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Our Architectural Associates support all phases of architectural projects, from design development through construction documentation. This role involves the preparation of construction drawings, models, and renderings using industry-standard software including Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. Associates also assist with research related to building codes, materials, and construction methods, and work closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants. Opportunities may include participation in client presentations and attendance at job-site meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

• 1–5+ years of professional experience in an architectural practice

• Experience with luxury single-family residential projects required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit or comparable platforms

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to produce detailed drawings, elevations, and renderings, both digital and hand-drawn

• Excellent attention to detail

• Working knowledge of historical architecture and practices
