Our studio is seeking an Architectural Intern currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program to support ongoing residential and renovation projects. The intern will assist with design development, construction documentation, and visual presentation under the guidance of senior architects. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, design-driven environment working on high-end residential work.

Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of drawings, models, and renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, as well as supporting research related to zoning, building codes, materials, and construction methods. The intern may also assist with client presentations, permit submittals, and job-site visits as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Architecture

• Strong interest in residential architecture and design

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit; familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Ability to produce clear, well-organized drawings and visual materials

• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate

• High level of attention to detail and organization

• Interest in traditional and historical architecture is a plus
