PACIFIC PALISADES, CALIFORNIA
THE PROJECT
When this family lost their home in the January 2025 Palisades fires, they chose not simply to rebuild — they chose to build something more enduring. We were commissioned to design a 4,500 square foot Arts and Crafts Revival residence that honors the architectural traditions of Greene & Greene while responding to the specific character of the Pacific Palisades landscape.
The design draws from the foundational principles of the Arts and Crafts movement — honest materials, expressive joinery, the seamless integration of interior and exterior life. Wide overhanging eaves, tapered columns, and hand-crafted details define an exterior that is quietly confident in its relationship to California's architectural heritage.
Currently in construction documentation, this residence reflects our commitment to designing homes that are not built for a moment in time — but for the generations that will inhabit them.
