Our research into the original Spanish Colonial Revival movement shaped every decision on this new residence - from the asymmetrical massing and low-pitched clay tile roof to the arched entry portal and wrought iron detailing. The goal was never imitation, but authenticity.

Classic materials and forms — thick plaster walls, terracotta paving, shaded arcades — are organized to bring in Pacific coastal light and air, while fully integrated solar and modern mechanical systems sit quietly beneath the hand-crafted surfaces. Old soul, new bones.
