Saadat Architects was commissioned to lead a full remodel of an existing 2,500 sq ft residence with a 2,500 sq ft addition — doubling the home into a 5,000 sq ft Mediterranean Classic estate that transports you far beyond the streets of Los Angeles.

The design vision is singular: the feeling of a private retreat on a Greek island. Warm tan smooth stucco exteriors, clean sun-washed forms, and a material palette drawn from the Mediterranean coast set the tone from the street. Every detail is calibrated to evoke that rare sense of calm, warmth, and timeless elegance synonymous with Greek island living.

Inside, the 5,000 sq ft program is built for both grand entertaining and generous everyday living. Six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms provide ample space for family and guests, while a large formal dining room serves as the social heart of the home — designed to host intimate family gatherings and large-scale events with equal grace.

The exterior continues the island narrative with a new swimming pool anchoring the outdoor living space, creating a private resort-like atmosphere. A detached ADU in the rear of the property adds flexibility for guests, extended family, or staff quarters.
